Role Overview

3Qi Labs is a Test Automation Solutions & Services company with over 10+ Million Tests conducted on our API, Mobile & Web Automation platform, Awetest. We are seeking a qualified professional to fill the position of Software Test Automation Analyst based in San Francisco, CA.

Opportunity Overview

The candidate will be responsible for the Execution of Quality Assurance Test Plans, Develop Test Plans, Test Cases, and developing Test Scripts for software development projects among other responsibilities. This role is responsible for supporting the planning, design, and execution of all system testing. This is a great opportunity to build and enhance your skills in Full-Stack Functional & Automation Testing on Large-Scale Enterprise Applications.

Required Technical and Professional Expertise

  • 3+ years of writing test automation scripts with deep knowledge of Functional and API testing is needed.
  • Prior hands-on experience with at least one object-oriented language, such as C++, C#, Java, Python, Ruby, etc.
  • To identify, analyze, and document problems with program function, output, online screen, and content.
  • Develop and execute testing programs that address areas such as database impacts, software scenarios, regression testing, negative testing, error or bug retests, or usability.
  • Participate in product design reviews to provide input on functional requirements, product designs, schedules, or potential problems.
  • Conduct software compatibility tests with programs, hardware, operating systems, or network environment.
  • Identify defects using the automated test suite that simulates the user interactions with the system, and provide steps by step flow to reproduce reported problems.
  • Perform complete Software Testing Lifecycle from requirement gathering, creation of automation test cases, executing them, and reporting them.
  • Work collaboratively within a project team to support different phases of testing in different environments and for different levels of Business Users. Follow up with required teams during reporting for Performance Projects on the stability of the tool performance.
